SNAP TIE & ROD HOLE REPAIR
Typically we can seal snap ties and rod holes all from inside with an (AquaTite™ ) material, but they can also be sealed without injection by using an (AquaTite™ ) Aquapak adhesive. Tie rods and snap ties are metal bars that are inserted during the pouring process of the concrete to hold the wall forms together. Over time, water can penetrate these holes. Rod holes and snap ties should only be repaired with high-grade materials (not hydraulic cement) and by a professional for the best results.
